All lectures are recorded if you can’t make it live.
During this 60 minute session, we will learn what a “helping spirit” can be, as well as two embodied techniques for safely and ethically welcoming and setting up lines of communication with our helping spirits: the guides, guardians, land spirits and beneficent others who wish to support us in our lives.
Please have a notebook and pen handy as well as an offering for your spirit team – this can include flowers, incense, herbs or sweets.
